Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends). Vendors may ship from various locations, so delivery times vary: 3–7 days within the U.S., or 10–20 days for international/overseas shipments.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. U.S. free shipping on orders over $300.
Returns & Exchanges:
• Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Change-of-mind or sizing returns accepted within 14 days (customer pays return shipping unless we were at fault).
• Some items may be Final Sale — no returns.
• We coordinate with vendors to verify damage and facilitate replacements or refunds.
Cancellations / Modifications: Allowed within 12 hours of placing an order. After that, changes may not be possible.
Lost Shipments: If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, contact us. If vendor confirms non-delivery, we will assist with reshipment or refund.
Vendor-Specific Notes: Some products may carry extended shipping time or non-returnable status — these will be marked on the product page.
